Each day, our Clinic operates with a “birds first” mindset, ensuring that every decision and treatment plan is made in the best interest of the patient. Our goal is simple yet powerful and profound: to give wild birds a second chance-to return them to flight! From emergency intake and triage to ongoing medical treatment and recovery support, our staff and volunteers devote themselves to the well-being of every patient presented.

Treatments range from basic care such as bloodwork, fluid therapy, and parasite treatment to advanced medical procedures including surgical repair of fractures. The unfortunate, sobering reality is that most of the injuries we treat are caused by human activity—traffic, fishing line entanglements, rodenticide poisoning, lead toxicity, and habitat destruction are among the most common reasons for admission.

Each bird tells a story of resilience, and through the dedicated care of our staff, volunteers, and supporters like you, so many of those stories end with a successful return to the wild.
